Reporting to the VP of the Global Channel Organization, the Head of Global Channel Marketing will be a key contributor alongside the Channel and COO leadership team.  As a Head of Marketing you will have the opportunity to help lead Lenovo through aggressive and expansive growth goals. You will be responsible for revolutionizing the Channel marketing organization with a focus on delivering long-term profitable growth through developing and executing a strategic marketing vision. You  will lead the company’s strategy focused on channel insight, brand marketing, online lead generation and acquisition, traditional and online advertising, product marketing, and communications. Our successful candidate needs to be strategic, results-driven, and comfortable with both the analytical and creative sides of acquisition and account-based marketing. And what actions and challenges await you? • Collaborate with Leadership Team at Lenovo as well as third party advisors to develop and execute a marketing vision for the Channel organization within the company. • Collaborate with internal Divisional Worldwide Marketing Organizations (3 Business Groups, Corporate) to evolve, customize and deliver on one channel messaging & asset library local to NA, EMEA, LATAM and AP. • Develop an MSA (Marketing Service agency) model for enabling channel to leverage Lenovo Channel assets and channel marketing $ to drive leads for the Channel & Customer geo organization • Develop programs with quantifiable objectives to measure results – KPIs that reflect customer behavior and the value of marketing channels • Test and develop hypotheses regarding how to best market to the Channel Lenovo to varying customer segments, e.g. Commercial, Consumer, SMB and e-Comm. • Develop overall digital channel strategy for engaging with customers outside of the catalog • Perform competitive analysis / market intelligence on competitors and their channel programs • Optimize the Marketing Direct Funds (mdf) spending to the channel to best amplify the 3 BGs and Corporate marketing campaigns • Develop the Channel Event strategy in coordination with the 4 ISO geos, for internal and external participation maximizing ROI on marketing event budget • Manage global one channel Communication BMS, with a combination of global messages, marketing briefings, and geo/market customization • Animate, engage, and activate the Channel Marketing ISO market/geo teams with the power of the One Lenovo Global Channel Marketing strategy #### Position Requirements: The successful candidate will possess the following combination of attributes, education, and experience: • 15+  years of experience in marketing roles with progressing levels of responsibility • Demonstrated track record of successful strategy development \- Channel strategy – eCommerce, inbound sales, outbound sales \- Business model development strategy • Fluency in digital marketing program development and management \- Email marketing \- Direct mail \- Paid search / search engine optimization • Understanding of marketing and CRM technology; to and through so that the channel can be enabled and empowered \- Marketing and customer databases \- Campaign management \- Reporting and analysis tools • Ability to recruit and build high performing teams • A combination of both B2B and B2C marketing experience would be ideal, but we’ll also consider candidates with one or the other.  Channel, distribution and technology are a plus. • Marketing measurement and testing disciplines • Business systems integration – marketing, order, fulfillment, follow up • Website/eCommerce strategy and execution • Sales management – setting budgets, revenue goals and quotas • Pricing strategy, promotional development and execution • Follow through with customer and ensure satisfaction • Competitive positioning • Product development What Lenovo can offer you: • An exciting job with great opportunities for success • A good potential to grow both professionally and personally • You will be a part of the Number 1 PC vendor in the world • Very nice and stimulating office environment • Performance based rewards & flexibility Lenovo is an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, colour, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
