Global Channel Programs Manager key responsibilities include: defining and
elaborating the global channel programs concept and strategy, ensuring that
the new programs support the overall company and ISO organization long term
strategy (3S) and vision (One Lenovo), ensuring that the programs are
supported by the existing tools and process or/ and providing directions and
suggestions for the creation of the new tools and processes. The critical
aspect of the job is cooperation with all the BG, GEOs and key internal
stakeholders in order to maximize the value of the program and avoid the
business coverage gaps.
What actions and challenges await you?
• Mapping and assessment of the existing Channel Programs.
• Evaluation of the program dynamics and the impact on the business.
• Definition of the new Global Channel vision and strategy under 3S and One
Lenovo directions.
• Build the framework of the Global channel programs.
• Create the Programs blueprints and communicate them to different
stakeholders
• Own the definition of the ROI for the programs and monitor the ROI process
for the Global channel programs
• Develop the initial Global Channel reporting requirements and platform along
with the process documentations for the new programs.
• Lead the Interlock with the COE, GEOs and Business departments on the
development of the new programs or modification of existing programs.
• Ensure compliance of the programs with local, state, and federal regulations
and rules.
• Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards, compliance
with internal and industry Financial and Audit rules.
#### Position Requirements:
• Solid planning, analytical and soft skills, being able to work and adapt in
a fluid, fast-paced environment.
• Being a real game-changer, who will proactively identify issues and
appropriate escalation paths, with mitigation and strategies for resolution.
• Strategic planning and long-term vision while execution on short term plans
• Strong communication skills and perseverance to collaborate and influence
buy in and support across Lenovo Channel sales team and channel partners.
• Project Management capabilities to drive continuous model improvement
• Keeping the right balance between Internal and External customers, being the
key reference leader for the model, both internally and externally.
• Master’s degree, university degree, bachelor or equivalent in Finance,
Business administration or Accounting
• 10 to 15 years of experience in a Business Planning, Strategic development,
or business management roles
