The Global Chief Executive will:

• Create an environment that fosters passion, innovation, teamwork and success

• Ensure your leadership team and overall business understands the current and future direction of the group
• Mentor, promote and hire outstanding talent
• Work internationally with sales leaders and their teams to drive business growth
• Foster regular interaction with both client and customers
• Prioritise and invest in innovation, digital and ecommerce
• Seek out new business opportunities and potential acquisitions
• Make key decision on existing and new products to ensure alignment with the global strategy
• Ensure that on an on-going basis, annual operating plans are developed and executed consistent with the long-term strategic direction and corporate policies, and that all financial, operating and volume targets are achieved
• Make necessary structural changes to the organisation to ensure overall effectiveness
• Drive a cultural of global practice and overall compliance

Key criteria for the role:

• A proven regional/global leader with extensive experience in the consumer durable industry
• An international business executive who has run companies and/or P/L in excess of US$150,000,000
• A proven track-record working successfully across international markets (US, Europe, UK, Asia)
• A true innovator who is passionate about technology, ecommerce, IOT, the digit world
• A leader who focuses on people as much as profit
• A hands-on strategic advisor who has experience both transforming and growing a business
• An expert in both traditional and ecommerce channels
• An outstanding communicator
• A visionary that leads and has people confidently follow

This role is open to both local and foreign talent. The ideal candidate most have lived and worked in Asia Pacific but also have strong networks in international markets. The role will provide a competitive base salary (SME companies), a bonus and long term incentive linked to the business growth and potential IPO.
