Responsibilities:
•New supplier introduction and contract negotiation;
Set up procurement strategy, do supply base analysis and strictly pay
attention to the industry change , be sensitive to industry change and
technical trend;
•Price negotiation, strictly follow lenovo procurement policy and Finance
policy, well support internal team’s requirement on price and cost control
process;
•Do RFQ/RFI to select suppliers, document the related sourcing files, strictly
follow RFQ/RFI rules and Lenovo Blue Book requirement;
•Lead cross function team to do QBR, and help to solve the suppliers issues on
Dev,quality,supply and service;
•Responsible for the final negotiation with suppliers on liabilities.

Position Requirements:
Requirements:
•3+ years experience working at a Global company, IT industry is preferred.
•Bachelor degree or above. (from an overseas institute is a plus)
•6-10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain function, direct
sourcing experience in NIC/RAID/Networking commodities is preferred.
•Strong understanding of industry, supplier complexity and global sourcing
processes.
•Excellent analytical skills.
•Excellent biz application (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint) and
supply chain modeling skills.
•Excellent communication, presentation and negation skills.
•Strong in team leadership and influencing other.
•Proficiency in English as a major language in daily communications.
•Strong ability to develop sourcing and supplier management strategies.
•Ability to close complex issues in a timely manner.
