As Global Consultant (f/m/d) Learning Operations, you will be a member of the Global Operations Team of Global Learning & Growth (GLG) and be responsible for building, managing and developing the global vendor landscape within the Siemens Learning Ecosystem. Lead the Managed Service Providers (MSP) 's service portfolio and monitor the contract fulfilment in terms of quality, quantities, and compliance by partnering predominantly with large vendors (incl. Service Portfolio, 3rd Party Vendor Portfolio, Client Interaction, Contract Fulfillment, Pricing, Compliance, Escalation Instance and Governance). Connect the MSPs with Siemens businesses and Siemens regions by closely collaborating with the Siemens Learning Partners in our Learning & Growth Ecosystem. Furthermore, you will consult on and apply corporate guidance to the Siemens Regions. Understand the learning demand with a profound and broad learning & development expertise while challenging, managing, and integrating the vendors in the Global Operations. Analyze, (re)design and optimize the business processes related to Managed Service Providers and based on that, build on the strategic supplier framework. In addition, you will support in supplier identification and selection as well as in tenders. Scout trends in the Learning & Development arena. What you need to make real what matters. The basis for your success is a master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or Social Science. You have at least long-term experience in the Learning & Development of a large, global company. Moreover, you have proven experience in contract and business process management and can demonstrate a high affinity for it. Excellent learning expertise and consulting skills set you apart. You also have a track record in project management. Ideally, you are familiar with trainer Skills, change Management, business process outsourcing, and accounting. You have strong organizational and communication skills and bring the ability to holistically coordinate the whole value chain of learning from learner's demand to learner's satisfaction.
