Content Centre is a central content repository and digital asset management platform and a flagship service offered by the Global Content team in Global Commercial Operations (GCO). Global Commercial Operations is a member of the Global Business Services family and strategically partners with AstraZeneca’s global brand teams and marketing companies to create capacity, enhance capability, and drive results using repeatable shared services.

The Global Delivery Manager will report to the Global Delivery Director and will support global brand teams in Cambridge, UK. This role has accountability for partnering with the global brand teams to establish a clear process and ways of working with them as well as establish and reinforce GCO as a trusted partner. This entails working with cross functional teams, including global agencies of record and our production partners, to effectively plan and deliver a whole range of content online and offline initiatives, with a growing focus on content for Omnichannel campaigns that cover the end-to-end customer lifecycle.

Major Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement

  • Partners with global brand teams to understand content pipeline and ensure all reusable assets are pulled through to Content Centre

  • Collaborates with Production Partner to facilitate the completion of all projects

  • Support global brand teams as they move into omnichannel marketing campaigns and the creation of modular content.

  • Create and maintain strong relationships with global brand stakeholders and identify opportunities for content creation through our Content and Production Studio to support global brand teams

  • Provides standardized reporting to global brands teams and identifies trends and/or areas of potential focus

  • Acts as an ambassador for Content Centre and ensure the latest Content Centre offerings and initiatives are clearly communicated to stakeholders

Agency Engagement

  • Lead the onboarding of new global brand teams and creative agencies to ensure they understand our Global Content offering and adhere to Global Content Centre’s ways of working

Content Delivery

  • Strives for high quality, fast speed and low cost while ensuring excellent service

  • Provides accurate and timely project status updates for stakeholders

  • Liaises closely with cross-functional teams to provide awareness of content and ensures promotion and uptake of content at a local market level

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with significant experience in marketing, brand planning or an advertising agency

  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams

  • Strong project management abilities with experience managing complex and concurrent projects

  • Demonstrated ability to work and complete projects autonomously

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Background

  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry

  • Experience working with a collaboration/external partner

  • Experience working in a digital agency

  • Experience supporting the development/execution of Omnichannel marketing campaigns

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and produce results in a matrix environment: "Lead without Authority"

  • Experience working with Veeva PromoMats
