We’re currently looking for an experienced marketing professional to play a key role in building out the Global Customer Advocacy Center of Excellence. The Customer Advocacy Center of Excellence is committed to inspiring trusted partnerships with our customers and internal stakeholders to build an optimized experience for our customers. In this role, you will play an essential role in sourcing and activating customer stories and peer reviews. The result of your efforts will be a growing and visibly more robust group of advocates who get value out of interacting with us and their peers and are willing to widely share their positive experiences with Siemens products and services. You’ll also provide immediate value to our internal stakeholders and customers by creating resources and training materials to educate and share best practices around customer advocacy. As the Global Customer Advocacy Specialist, you will: · Identify opportunities to embed advocacy into key business areas through education and enablement · Assist in developing scalable processes to identify and nurture advocates · Ensure a great customer experience is at the core of all engagement strategies · Develop and promote resources and training materials to educate internal stakeholders on customer advocacy initiatives · Partner with internal stakeholders on customer research initiatives · Cultivate effective relationships with key internal stakeholders, which includes but is not limited to the online community, customer success, sales, marketing, customer experience and demand center teams · Partner with internal teams to find customer stories in domains where none currently exist and promote opportunities for developing them to customer facing teams · Drive increased volume of positive customer reviews by collaborating with partners to enlist their help generating customer reviews as well as creating and executing promotion plans for peer review sites · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development of marketing assets from customer review content (e.g., case studies, blogs, podcasts, videos...) · Liaise with internal execution teams to amplify customer reviews within campaigns and on customer-facing websites · Create, execute, and optimize emails and social media posts to promote positive customer sentiments · Create and maintain corporate and product profiles on third-party peer review platforms to align with our go-to market strategy You will collaborate with: · Content marketing · Customer experience · Customer success · Demand center · Partner marketing · Marketing operations · Product marketing · Analyst relations · Direct sales · Partner sales · Vendors You are: · A college graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field · A strong project manager with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously · Passionate about creating great customer experiences · Interested in analyzing data to drive performance improvements · A great communicator · Able to work effectively in matrixed organizations · Process oriented with the ability to analyze inputs, research options, determine scope, recommend solutions, execute, and measure project success · Adept at using project management and communication tools like Jira, Wrike, and Microsoft Teams · Comfortable working in an Agile environment The salary range for this position is $62,700 to $112,900.
