• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive Engineering or any related field with excellent grades.
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience in Automotive Industry.
• 6+ months of International experience (e.g. studies, practical experience, work & travel).
• Knowledge in automotive production system.
• Extracurricular activities (e.g. leadership activities in university, community, engagement in an academic project, social responsibility, etc.).
• Fluent business English. German is an advantage.
• Good communication, teamwork and starting to build leadership skills.
• Readiness for an international career.
• Interest for traveling and international cultural exchanges.
• Passion for BMW.
