I. SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES included but are not limited to:
Using ERP system, generate shipping pick slips based off from shipment requests
Generating shipment documents for the requested Clinical Trial Materials.
Maintain distribution group mailbox.
Schedule shipments within ERP system.
Review and audit shipping packets for accuracy.
Anticipate and rectify distribution problems, reporting findings back to Distribution Project Coordinator, Management and/or Project Manager (PM).
Ensuring that Study Drug is shipped in compliance with all applicable SOPs and in accordance with the master checklist.
Provide routine feedback one new or revised Distribution Master Checklist.
Support distribution execution group on an as needed basis.
Understand and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) in a GMP setting.
Utilize business tool (Qlik) to understand current workload and upcoming workload.
Maintain a current training record.
Setup Premium couriers for shipments as needed.
Prepare/review Commercial (proforma) Invoice templates if not provided by client as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
II. Position Requirements:
Incumbents will be required to have a high level attention to detail while managing multiple projects and/or priorities under tight deadlines.
Strong computer skills are required – (including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel and ability to quickly learn new systems/programs).
Distribution and cold-chain experience is preferred.
Knowledge and experience in cGMP and FDA regulations is preferred.
Knowledge of exporting clinical trial materials is preferred.
Proven written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet competing workplace demands and appropriately prioritize is required.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form is required.
Mathematical and reasoning ability are required.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak clear English is required.

EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT:
Bachelor Degree is required
Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
EXPERIENCE:
ERP system experience; JD Edwards preferred
Previous experience in union environment a plus.
