Job Description

The Role

  • We are seeking an E-Commerce Manager to own the end-to-end process of our e-commerce business to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth.
  • This role requires a hands-on builder, someone to drive our e-commerce department
  • We are presenting you with an opportunity to utilize your E-commerce Management skills to build the next Dream Brand with us.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Order Management, Sourcing & other departments to optimize the entire operation towards 8 figure growth.
  • Reporting to the company CEO based in Shenzhen, this is the global role to plan and implement high level e-commerce strategy across various divisions and geographical regions

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day e-commerce experience across desktop, mobile site and Social Media Channels to support the overarching digital and e-commerce strategy
  • Collaborate with developers to improve website capabilities and performance
  • Ensure the user experience is technically flawless, and the brand is properly represented across all channels
  • Manage product inventory and merchandising across the e-commerce experience
  • Manage all e-commerce activities to ensure the brand is consistently presented across all digital channels
  • Create a superior customer experience by working with the Operations and Finance teams
  • Troubleshoot e-commerce issues and solicit customer feedback to improve service and digital experience
  • Optimization of sales and increase conversion rates
  • Partner with cross functional teams to drive business and execute new business strategies
  • Maintain and create processes documentation to drive team efficiencies
  • Collaborate on efforts to improve the online experience by funneling ideas into the Ecommerce roadmap process
  • Manage campaign reporting and analysis to ensure sales, traffic and brand KPIs are met

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate is passionate about E-commerce and already has experience managing an E-commerce brands previously.
  • At least 5 years of experience as successful E-Commerce Manager
  • Experience in building, coaching and managing strong e-commerce Operations Teams (Hiring experience)
  • Experience within Female Fashion (Activewear preferred, but not essential)
  • Ability to start from scratch and map-out workflows, processes and daily operations of managing an effective e-commerce DTC brand
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools such as Shopify (essential), Klaviyo, Attentive, and Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated understanding of Ecommerce best practices, with a track record of applying these best practices
  • Experience running operations in an ecommerce environment, including executing strategy
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter with ability to initiate action and follow an effort through to completion.
  • High degree of organization, accuracy and flexibility; exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent English written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Inquisitive and in constant pursuit of innovative ways to drive results; does not settle for the status quo
  • Self-motivator to achieve goals
  • Works independently and demonstrates a high level of problem-solving skills and good judgment
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and monitor project process
  • Sufficient experience in resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
