Job Description
1. Cooperate with all sites to improve the air exhausting systems in workshops where use the chemicals, ensure the industry hygience compliance in the workshop.
2.Lead the monthly EHS reviews, organize the incident investigation for near miss, first aid and injury cases and trace the follow up actions to prevent the work related injury..
3. Maintains and develops Environmental and Health & Safety procedures of Integrated Management System
4.Defines and reports Environmental and Health & Safety KPIs.
5.Conduct the job hazard assessment and PPE assessment, define the PPE requirement, conduct the training and ensure the implementation for PPE wearing.
6.Facilitates training of Sites in the Corporate EHS policies and standards updates
7.Participates in Corporate EHS projects, e.g. Sustainability and Health & Safety Work Groups
8.Validates Environmental data of all AD Smartrac sites in ASPIRE monthly
9.Approves AD Smartrac Health & Safety Events in ASPIRE as regional manager。
10.Develops the use of ASPIRE in ADS.
11.Provides answers to EHS related customer questionnaires
12.Leads and coordinates EHS Audits at Global level
13.Participates ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Audits as subject matter expert Standradlize global EHS guideline and remote-conduct monthly audit.
Qualifications
1. Major in safety or industry hygience.
2. Good read and written English.
3.Basic computer knowledge.
4.Good communication and presentation skill.
5.Knowledge of the local EHS codes for the sites.
