POSITION SUMMARY

 
This position is a full time Project Coordinator which provides projects clerical support to Project Engineering using SAP Project Module. This person will need to have some technical knowledge in the setup of customer stations, able to assist engineers in the co-ordination of the projects and communicate regularly with Project Engineers in other countries by email and phone calls.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

 
 

·	Create and set up project structure, issue Purchase Requisitions, receipts of material, Capitalise and close projects in SAP Module
·	Work collaboratively with minimal supervision in following up project status
·	Analyse data and prepare projects related reports
·	Tracks and monitor project spending and completion status
·	Meet individual KPI & goals on monthly basis

           
 
 
 
 
 
                                                                                                               

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

 
 

• Diploma in Business or equivalent
• Possess basic knowledge in reporting, data analytics and performance dashboard.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self initiative in driving results with minimal supervision
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, i.e. Ms Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Additional languages capability will be a plus
• Working hours will be following Europe time zone (3pm to 12am Malaysia Time)
