職務說明

• Lead the team to meet annual sales target and achieve regional milestones

• Coordinate with internal parties to support various projects

• Inspect customers' existing equipment, analyze customers' status quo, and plan/ design the specifications to meet the customers' needs

• Prepare the project-bidding document & sub-contracting jobs, conduct cost analysis to complete the project smoothly

• Set up business and marketing strategies to escalate selling quantity and profits

• Allocate resources and develop the talents within department

• Maintain and manage customer relations

• Conduct the cost management and budget control

• Education level: Bachelor's degree or above

• Experience: 10+ years experiences in providing service for equipment and in charge of service contract & parts selling

• Proficiency in English speaking, listening, and writing
• Solid leadership for more than 5 years
