Global Fraud Strategy and Transformation Leader

A Lead Global Business Analyst in the Technology space who will have overall responsibility for managing Global Programs in support of Fraud and Risk initiatives, as well as guiding the team and organization to a more strategic operating model that enhances delivery of value to customers and business partners. This role will focus on strategic vision, but will also be heavily involved in the actual project execution. We are the go-to Technology partners leading our business partners in Citi’s Global Fraud Prevention organization from concept to successful implementation of solutions. In addition to Business Analysis, our tasks also encompass a wider scope of strategic activities involving program oversight, product selection, high level solution architecture, and project road-mapping. We partner with teams across Citi Fintech, Digital, Information Security, and others to find the best path for success. Our projects involve everything from Digital to Data Analytics, and we thrive on thought leadership and a proactive approach to deploy solutions quickly. “Team player” and Power of One mentalities are a must in this group. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Serve as the Strategic Partner for Global Fraud Execution Program team
  • Support Ideation, Conceptualization, and Solution Delivery for major programs within the Fraud Technology space
      • Develop and maintain current state heat mapping of program capabilities and technologies
      • Develop and maintain 3 to 5 year future state roadmap
      • Analyze program needs and develop high level requirements documents
      • Conduct conceptualization and sizing activities
      • Maintain program Book of Work
      • Contribute to regular reporting on program status
      • Review key deliverables for all projects
      • Provide support in mitigation of in-flight project risks and issues
  • Act as first-line Subject Matter Expert for support requests or new items that do not fall into current team work breakdown
  • Mentor team members
  • Establish routines with key stakeholder leadership to maintain alignment of strategy and success measures
  • Propose and Drive strategic changes in team and org operating model in response to or in anticipation of technology organizational evolution
  • Support annual planning process
  • Guide Business Partners through technology processes
  • Identify opportunities within countries/region and work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement rapid solutions
  • May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and initiative is expected.
  • Some travel may be required (25%)

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Mgmt, or related degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent related work experience
  • A proven track record with over 5+ years of Strategic Planning within IT
  • Global experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Risk, collections and/or Fraud applications and processes
  • Working hours flexibility required due to global nature of the role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Relationship Management skills
  • Highly motivated and ability to work independently
  • Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies.
  • Proficient using collaboration tools and Microsoft office products, such as Word, Outlook, Excel and SharePoint
  • Ability to lead and thrive in situations of ambiguity
