Along with being part of the Global Future Leaders program, in this role you
will be on a development track for a sales/ business management role. You
will play an important role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition/
retention and revenue growth objectives. You will work in a team selling
environment with primary tasks being pipeline build, lead development, and
running full sales cycle activities
Key Job Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound
cold calls and emails
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand a database of prospects within assigned territory
Team with Country Sales/ Account Managers and channel business partners to
build pipeline, qualify prospects and close deals
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Country F2F Sales/ Account
Managers for further development and closure
For selected opportunities, manage the entire sales cycle
Achieve quarterly quotas for both qualified leads passed
When appropriate, perform effective online demos to prospects.
May operate on a multi-country basis.

Position Requirements:
The ideal Inside Sales Account Representative will be self-driven, goal-
oriented, and with sales and customer service mind-set. A strong personality
with the desire to reach high performance goals is a must.
Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably in business management or related
discipline
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong collaboration and teaming skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Strong phone presence and experience in cold calling preferred
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to assess customer business needs and relationships with qualitative
and quantitative approaches
Global Future Leader REQUIREMENTS:
\- Bachelor or Masters Students graduating between May 2019 - May 2020 that
are completing a degree in Technology or Business Management disciplines
\- GPA: 3.3 minimum
\- Willingness to work from Raleigh/Durham-NC, Chicago-IL, Beijing-China; or
countries in European and Asia Pacific Regions.
\- Program Start Date: July 2020, can be flexible based on graduation date
\- Visionary spirit with thought leadership with a passion for technology and
innovation
\- International expertise (study abroad, internships)
