Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
• Customer Service:
o Help and solve users questions submitted to our CS channels and report to game studio
o Manage and collect users' feedback on CS channels and fan pages
o Report for major questions and key CS metrics tracking
• Community Management:
o Manage day to day outbound communications and track key metrics
o Maintain communication with moderators to drive our community
o Create and administer surveys & share results to studio and team
o Create contests, release them and analyze performance
o Conduct market research to be the market expert of your region, and report for emerging trends and potential opportunities
• Localization & Testing:
o Translate from English into native language maintaining game style
o Test in-game to make sure translations are correctly displayed and spelled
o Report on game bugs or other glitches and anomalies
After the initial training period, Operators are encouraged to join our several projects to expand their knowledge and skills. Some of our current projects that are taught and mentored are:
• How to use Picture editing software for creating post pictures for social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Printerest, and more.
• How to use Video editing software for creating and editing videos for social platforms, such as YouTube or Facebook
• How to design game content and then analyze its online performance
• How to create in-game or community monetization events and then analyze its performance
• How to administer community calendar for communication and drive of the global community
• How to conduct marketing research, design and implement marketing campaigns
• How to work on voice-over and live streaming for community and marketing purposes
• How to use Microsoft Office tools for work

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Native speaker of the applying language and have good literature skills
• Fluent in English
• Gamer
Preferred Qualifications (but not essential):
• Marketing background
• 2 years certified work experience
• Basic understanding of Chinese
• Photoshop
• Microsoft Office
• Experience in Customer Service
• Love for gaming
• Creative and good team player
• Experience in writing stories or articles.
