Job Description
Manages Corporate Mail and Document Services for all BNY Mellon locations, including incoming and outgoing Postal and interoffice mail. As part of the BNY Mellon Global Corporate Experience Division (GCED), responsible to deliver high quality, cost-efficient and internal client-focused services with the consistent objective to embed continuous improvements. Collaborates with all GCED Regional Leads (EMEA, APAC, India, Brazil) on global Mail initiatives. Implement digital mail scanning globally in response to business continuity needs during COVID-19. Identify and implement a scalable, strategic digital mail solution, including advanced equipment/optical recognition to automate the digital scanning workflow in the long-term. Manages the outsourced vendor program for the management and staffing of 76 global mailrooms. Manages relationship with vendor, including managing and measuring vendor performance, compliance with contracts, management of Key Performance Indicator Metrics and Service Level Agreements, and service model enhancement. Liaises with vendor management, provides guidance, conducts quarterly reviews and in conjunction with Global Procurement, conducts the bids and negotiates contracts. Responsible for developing policies and procedures related to mail services. Process invoices related to mail and delivery services, including reviewing invoices for accuracy. 2-8 direct reports Qualifications Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required 12-15 years of total work experience preferred; 10-12 years of relevant work experience preferred, 3-5 years in management preferred Must be service oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills in order to communicate with all levels of company personnel and suppliers. Outstanding people skills and ability to work effectively in a global team environment. Able to work independently, manage multiple work streams, and have an eye for detail. Full working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Must possess strong analytical, financial, oral and written communication skills.
