Join our Smart Infrastructure team as the Global Head of Mechanical Services Sales and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow. Your Role – Global, Challenging and Future-Oriented Create business plans with our local country- or branch heads including allocation and hiring of headcounts to ensure we have the right competencies in place to drive the growing business Create the corresponding road map and roll it out together with your regional partners. Listen to your partners, get commitment and work together to make the planning reality Develops and manages Mechanical Services portfolio of offerings, tools, and regional relationships in conjunction with the Mechanical CoC team’s business plan Be responsible for working in conjunction with Segments, Engineering, Product Portfolio, Operations, Global, Digital Service Center, Energy Services, Field and other cross functional teams, to develop strategies/plans, technology & offerings to help guide sales and growth Provides the necessary infrastructure for the rollouts and trainings for offerings and tools. At the same time, support and maintain existing offerings to achieve profitable growth Identify key technologies, innovations and services to take our portfolio to the next level Collaborate closely with the field organizations to ensure progress is being made on long range planning for the profitable growth of the mechanical business across the Regions Lead negotiations and manage Regional Contract Agreements to align with procurement standards and successful implementation across field organizations You offer Sales support to regional and branch leadership such as: sales pitches, plan specifications, offerings/ quotations, product selection, and service planning along with onsite support when needed What you bring along Knowledge and Experience You offer extensive practical knowhow and experience in the Mechanical Service market. This is a must have criteria Working knowledge of the building industry helps you to understand our context Demonstrated managerial experience in guiding global distributed teams paired with the ability to influence without power play Willingness to travel up to 50% is important to strengthen your regional networks Soft Skills Having a vision: you possess a clear sense of our companies’ and your personal long-term direction Being adaptive: you accept that change is constant, and that new information is a strength Being humble, you accept feedback and acknowledge that others know more than you Being engaged: you are willing to listen, interact and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on different levels Being a networker: you are good in building and maintaining relationships across silos and countries Who and where we are This job is available in the following countries: USA, Germany, Switzerland, Australia, Canada.
