We are looking for a Talent and Development specialist to lead the global Investment Bank T&D Account Management team:
• lead the global T&D Account Management team based across regions
• partner with the respective HR BPs and IB business leaders to translate IB business needs into an effective talent and development strategy
• advise and support on talent and development topics, e.g. including career development, talent nominations and culture initiatives
• ensure a strong professional development and line manager curriculum are in place to support all employees in IB to grow
• promote talent & development solutions of UBS U with clients
• develop and run talent programs for IB
• facilitate IB and business-specific workshops
• support leadership, culture and conduct efforts of the IB
