Company Background
A multinational clothing-retail company known for its fast-fashion clothing for men, women, teenagers and children. Their Hong Kong office is looking to add a bright and motivated individual to join their IT team as an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist
Duties & Responsibilities
Mainly to provide 1st-tier technical support to users via phone, email, chat and ticketing system
Assist users with technical issues related to computer, laptop and other peripherals (printers, telephones)
Assist users to setup, configure and provide technical support on desktop or network devices
Ensure proper documentation, notification, tracking and follow up of all incidents
Ad-hoc duties may be assigned
Shift-duty is required
Training will be provided!
Qualifications & Skills to have
Degree in Computer Sciences or other related disciplines
3-4 years experience in helpdesk/end-user support environment is preferred
Basic understanding and knowledge on networking
Keeps up with the latest technology trends
Self-motivated, responsible and reliable
Positive thinker with an outgoing personality and service oriented mindset
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Fresh grads will be considered as well!
