Curriculum: AP Program / A-level Program / Global Impact Program(GIP)

Skills Development Program (SDP): Focuses on independent learning, enterprise skills, presentation skills, critical thinking, and research skills.
Colloquy: A critical thinking course that challenges students' assumptions about everyday life and encourages academic research, writing, and discussion skills.
ADAS: Helps students transition into American culture, covering social and political issues, with a focus on understanding and discussing current topics relevant to American society.
Higher Project Qualification (HPQ): Encourages students to undertake autonomous work on a topic area of their choice, developing research, planning, and project management skills.
Extended Project Qualification (EPQ): Offers students the opportunity to manage and develop a project tailored to their interests, further developing the skills learned in HPQ.

Responsibilities:

Develop and conduct lessons
Evaluate and grade assignments
Track and report student progress and conduct
Support student growth and welfare
Offer educational and vocational guidance
Collaborate with school staff and parents for student benefit
Assess and refine teaching approaches in accordance with the WLSA curriculum
Engage in and contribute to staff professional development
Uphold discipline and ensure student safety
Cultivate a learning-facilitative, self-reflective teaching environment

Requirements

Native English speaker with a relevant higher education degree
At least two years of teaching experience
Passionate about education and student development
Accredited TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL certification or teaching credentials
Team-player
Proficiency in customizing curriculum delivery
