Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Global Investigative Journalist to lead high-impact investigations that uncover critical talent market trends and geopolitical risks affecting multinational enterprises. This role combines journalistic rigor with strategic consulting expertise, focusing on cross-border talent acquisition, compliance risks, and emerging talent ecosystems in dynamic regions.
Core Responsibilities
I Regional Talent Intelligence Gathering
Conduct in-depth investigations into talent markets across North America, South America, and Africa to identify high-demand skills (e.g., AI engineers, renewable energy specialists).Analyze labor market trends using open-source intelligence (OSINT) and proprietary databases, producing actionable insights for corporate clients.
II Risk Mitigation & Compliance Audits
Evaluate geopolitical risks (e.g., sanctions, migration policy shifts) impacting talent mobility through closed-door consultations with legal experts and government agencies.Develop compliance frameworks for cross-border hiring, ensuring adherence to GDPR, labor laws, and international sanctions regimes.
III Multilingual Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
Produce multilingual investigative reports (English, Spanish, French) highlighting talent shortages, wage disparities, and regional labor disputes.Collaborate with NGOs, trade unions, and corporate HR teams to design ethical recruitment strategies for conflict zones (e.g., Venezuela, Myanmar).
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Journalism, International Relations, or Economics with a focus on quantitative research methods.
