You will be in trained as a Project Steering and Model Evaluation Specialist inside Central Maintenance, where you will perform activities, such as production steering regarding headcount, budget, production volume, production time per unit, etc.
Furthermore, you will responsible for elaboration of working time models, including economic validations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive Engineering or any related field with excellent grades.
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience in Automotive Industry (e.g. internships, training, initial professional experience).
- 4+ months of International experience (e.g. studies, practical experience, work & travel).
- Knowledge in automotive production system.
- Extracurricular activities (e.g. leadership activities in university, community,
engagement in an academic project, social responsibility, etc.).
- Fluent business English. German is an advantage.
- A sharp intellect.
- Passion for BMW.
- Good communication, teamwork and starting to build leadership skills.
- Readiness for an international career.
