Responsibility:
Manufacturing Engineer Job description and main job functions:

• Collaborate and work with mechanical development teams

• Ability to successfully work alone and on teams.

• Highlight, document and follow up with all safety issues and concerns with
products and or processes

• Provide feedback to development in form of ideas and suggestions on how to
improve product for production purposes.

• Develop and maintain a global manufacturing assembly processes

• Develop and maintain assembly documentation for assembly of the client's
Products

• Develop and maintain all necessary fixtures and jibs needed in for assembly

• Develop and maintain product labeling guides and specs

• Create and release process change notifications and follow through changes
to completion.

• Understand and use of T3, AVL, BOM structures

• Understanding of floor control systems and supporting systems.

• Have knowledge and work with new philosophies of NUDD (New, Unique,
Different, Difficult) and EMI (Early Manufacturing Involvement)

• Understand DFx concepts with focus of DFm (Design for Manufacturing /
Manufacturability)

Position Requirements:
• Degree in engineering field

• 3 - 5 years packaging experience
Proficient in English language (spoken and written)

• Excellent sense of time management.

• Demonstrate creative problem solving ability and techniques

• Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills.

• Must work effectively with a variety of global team members and cultures

• Ability to interact in global multicultural facilities with various MFG
teams for process improvements

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.

• Involvement in local and global design community.

• Experience in consumer electronics and mobile industry is a plus

• Travel internationally as required

• Ability to attend global calls and meetings
