Eaton’s Filtration Division is currently seeking a Global Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. This position is based at our Chanhassen, MN facility. Position Overview: The Global Marketing Communications Specialist must have good knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, communications, and brand management. In close cooperation with the Global Marketing Communications Manager the role is responsible for coordinating the design, layout, printing, and distribution of literature, creating sales and training presentations, customer success stories, press releases, supporting the coordination of trade show and events as well as the delivery of marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company products and services. The Marketing Communications Specialist supports with realization of initiatives for new product launches as well as existing product promotions. In this role, you will: Manage layouts (electronic and print), design and content of communications such as presentations, newsletters, play books, customer success stories, event support materials, brochures, data sheets, instructions manuals and distribute in online and/or offline channels. Assist in development of multimedia packages including videos. Support development of messaging for product launches and initiatives Support project coordination and promotion of assigned virtual and in-person events Support crafting and sending internal/external e-newsletters or e-mail campaigns Support content creation for social media channels and provide it in the respective tools and channels Assist in website projects including website updates and SEO to help boost organic rankings Support development of marketing campaign specific website landing pages and use Google AdWords to boost traffic. Support digital or print paid advertisement of products/services on various media. Work with peers and PR agency on media activities. Work across and with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding throughout campaigns, web content, trade shows, advertising, public relations, etc. Provide support to division leadership for presentations, videos, yammer, social media, etc. as needed to execute on the leadership communication plan. Assist with corporate identity monitoring, brand awareness and development Support in expenses tracking tasks in close cooperation with the Global Marketing Communications Manager Secure and maintain internal marketing reports, structures, processes and manage performance review of activities Enhancing tools and processes and supporting to implement best practices When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Minimum one (1) year of proven work experience in marketing or communications Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of the Chanhassen, MN facility will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
