Then come and join our global team as Global Marketing Communications Manager (f/m/d) Diagnostic Imaging with an editorial focus to create, distribute and publish multi-channel content for customer-facing marketing and sales pilots, and top-of-mind content complementing business line launches and focus topics. You will also be responsible to develop and execute an efficient digital communication strategy with a special focus on sales communication and editorial content. This role is limited until August 2024. Your tasks and responsibilities: You will create customer-facing content for Siemens Healthineers marketing and sales pilots supported by Diagnostic Imaging in alignment with the respective stakeholders in functions and business lines You will create and deploy top-of-mind content to complement DI business line launches, considering feedback from the regions, the Diagnostic Imaging strategy, and available assets created by the Diagnostic Imaging businesses You will write and/or edit multi-channel communication for our internal and external channels (intranet, newsletters, social media, etc.) with a focus on sales You will support daily external communication needs on an ad-hoc basis (e.g. proofreading external communication) You will develop and manage strategies for digital storytelling across owned digital channels for focus topics (web, social media, etc.) You will monitor emerging trends or changes in the socio-political environment to be able to respond appropriately to focus topics. Share findings in a structured way and suggest a content strategy based on those insights with the respective topic owners You work collaboratively as a team player with colleagues from all areas of the business and regions to support them in extending their local reach Working independently, you will measure the success of your communication strategy and activities using KPIs To find out more about the specific business, have a look at Digital Transformation of Radiology - Siemens Healthineers (siemens-healthineers.com Your qualifications and experience: You have a master’s degree in journalism, corporate communications or comparable You have many years of work experience in a digital communication role with editorial responsibility, preferably in an international corporation in the medtech or pharmaceutical industry You have in-depth knowledge of digital and social platforms and strategies and ideally gathered first experience in sales communication You have sound knowledge in the field of video and image production, ideally combined with experience in Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro, and can complement your stories with engaging media assets You feel comfortable defining KPIs to measure the success of your activities and setting up benchmarks, metrics, and reports to make them tangible Your attributes and skills: You are used to working in an agile work environment with a wide variety of stakeholders You tackle challenges strategically but are also strong at implementation to achieve timely and effective results.
