Then come and join our global team as Global Marketing Communications Manager (f/m/d) Diagnostic Imaging to streamline activities and B2B communication around our key shows and events. For our annual sales event, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging communication with participants and employees. Your tasks and responsibilities: As the central touchpoint to the global core team and operational workstream owners, you are the quality gatekeeper for the business area regarding project management, process execution, and implementation of our business targets You understand the needs of the business area and its businesses for upcoming key shows and establish a framework of efficient collaboration for a content-driven key show approach You will manage both incoming and outgoing requests and information in an agile and lean way, by creating transparency on upcoming deadlines and required deliverables and regularly informing relevant stakeholders (Marketing, Communication, and Key Experts) You will define and execute the communication strategy for our key shows based on the aligned storyline and the respective workstream requirements (e.g., Sales Enablement, Lead Generation, Communication) You will create all customer-facing (B2B) communication assets for our key shows, and all internal communication assets around our annual sales event, leveraging already existing communication material and considering the input of further business areas and functions (e.g., launches, highlights, patient stories) Working independently, you will measure the success of your communication strategy and activities using relevant KPIs that evolve successful strategies for future shows To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/medical-imaging/digital-transformation-of-radiology Your qualifications and experience: You have a master’s degree in Corporate Communications, Marketing, or comparable on-the-job expertise in a relevant role You have many years of work experience in project management in an international corporation, preferably in the MedTech or pharmaceutical industries You have in-depth knowledge of agile and lean methodologies like Scrum or Kanban, ideally with a certificate as Agile Coach or Scrum Master You have in-depth knowledge of digital and social platforms and can create content that sticks with the respective target groups across multiple channels You have experience in defining and supervising lead generation campaigns and know how to invest budget to achieve the best ROI You have experience in managing key shows and company events and know how to engage the audience pre-, during-, and post-show with informative and educative communication You feel comfortable defining KPIs to measure the success of your activities and setting up benchmarks, metrics, and reports to make them tangible Your attributes and skills: You are used to working in an agile work environment with a wide variety of stakeholders You tackle challenges strategically but are also strong at implementation to achieve timely and effective results.
