Working location: Xin Zhuang, Shanghai (shuttle bus provided)

Purpose of the position:

• The Demand & Supply Planning Specialist is responsible for planning; monitoring supply chain related planning activities.

• To monitor any deviations to demand forecast.

• To manage finished goods and control inventories.

• To develop and analyses supply chain improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Sales support to China commercial team.

• Conduct sales support.
• Work on sample management.
• Implement daily supply chain execution on order fulfillment.

• Inventory management in China.

a. Offer regular stock analysis for commercial team, twice per month.

b. Work with plant SCM and QM on conspicuous material.

c. Review range of coverage in compliance with target.

• Demand and supply planning for China.

a. Implement Monthly replenishment with plant SCM on time.

b. Coordination on supply and quality topics.

c. Coordination on Import & export document.

Requirements:

• Bechaler degree or above, 1-2 year experience in supply chain planning, logistics background.

• Experiences to work in an international business environment is preferred, communication and open discussion skill, teamwork approach.

• Ability to work and communicate with people from different cultures, fluent English in spoken and written.

• Knowledge in SAP and skills in MS-Excel
