A great position is now available in the Controlling team. We are looking for a Global Merchandising Controller to support H&M Home textile! Make your career possible!

As the Global Merchandising Controller, you have ownership over the analysis, prognosis and actions for the team’s performance on price, lead-time, quality, market & supplier strategy execution in order to achieve the best customer offer for short & long term.

You work with our Global Production Controller, our Global Merchandising Sr Manager and the Assortment Controllers in various locations from different culture to understand and drive customer needs within areas such as profitability, growth, being fast, flexible & efficient and translate this into clear actions for the production organization.

You will also work closely with country organization to make sure we grow with the right suppliers and secure our goal: growth and profitability in a sustainable way.

You work along with controlling team members to improve efficiency by strengthening our processes, methods and tools.

As the Global Merchandising Controller, you proactively analyze and communicate about the current situation, opportunities for improvement and threats to all stakeholders involved.

You use your analytical abilities not just to crunch data and provide reports, but to draw insights, come up with suggestions and ideas and discuss them with the business leader you work with. In some cases, you’ll be the person driving those improvements and changes.

You are not afraid to question, challenge and stand up for your ideas, even with people that have more experience than you in the organization. You do so with strong informal leadership abilities and an effective communication style.

You actively take part in creating one team feeling by delivering on the areas you have ownership and primarily through collaboration and teamwork.
