As a Global Merchandising Controller, you will partner with your Global Merchandising Senior Manager of your respective business scope, to co-creategoals and activities thatgive direction to the merchandising team, ensuring the delivery of the best customer offer in line with the overall strategy for your respective Business Units/Portfolio Brands.

 

You have ownership of using data driven insights to bring direction and clarity to the business teamsto secure the right focus on our objectives and key results.

 

You drive business results by securing seasonal methods and routines, along with being able to respond in an agile way to any changes in the business landscape.You closely monitor and follow-up activities and goals related to set plans,focusing on driving and optimizing key business areas.

 

You work closely with your Global Production Controller, along with other Global Merchandising Controllers, to improve efficiency through strengthening our processes and decision support.

 

You optimize the supplier strategy to ensure customer needs short and long term. You secure purchasing practices through capacity planning and execution.

 

You actively drive our Sustainability agenda within social and environmental areas to further strengthen our role as a responsible buyer and be a leader in transforming the fashion industry.
