Working as a key member of the HR Services Team based in Regional Human Resources (HR) Center, we are looking for a customer service oriented specialist to provide support to our regional HR professionals and customers across our core workforce administration and recruitment administration activities.
You will utilize our suite of core and enabling HR technology (Workday, ServiceNow case management, telephony, etc.) to execute a range of activities, directly contacting customers and HR professionals when needed to solve more complex problems. Our Regional HR Center teams will work together with key HR and IT stakeholders around the world to identify and implement process and technology improvements to our way of working in HR and our interactions with customers.

May have responsibility for one or more administrative functions e.g. company benefits administration, etc. within a smaller geography. May be involved in project research under the direction of more senior colleagues. Is likely to be studying for Human Resources professional qualifications. Will not be a Team Manager but may assist in the development of others, especially new starters. Typically local rather than Global remit.
Job Description
The Global Mobility Team is responsible for the management of international moves globally for AZ and for coordination of immigration and visa processes along with administrative support for relocation. The Global Mobility/Immigration & Relocation Administrator will primarily support the immigration and relocation area. Possibly this person will also support other Global Mobility Administrators in the GM area. They will in particular be liaising globally with a range of external vendors/specialist service providers and internal contacts to support the activities.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Administration of International Assignments in AZ systems (Workday and AssignmentPro)
- Maintaining proper communication and collaboration within Global Mobility Team regarding IAs (start IAs, end IAs and changes, additional projects), supporting Global Mobility Partners in operational and administrative work related to International Assignments
- Support preparation of IA costings
- Make sure that all visa and immigration documents are processed on time and filed according to legal requirements, track V&I documentation for expiry and renewal
- Answer to daily queries and questions related to V&I area
- Support internal audits
- Coordinate one time relocation processes
- Collaborate with external vendors/specialist service providers and internal contacts to support the activities
- Review and confirm invoices
- Oversee shared drive/Box, etc. maintenance, including folder creation, document addition/deletion/revision.
- Ensure internal and external data privacy compliance and that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Contribute to continuous improvement process reviews.
- Provide professional point of contact for internal and external parties
