Global Mobility Administration Specialist
(Secondment until 30th September 2021)
The Global Mobility Team is responsible for the management of international moves globally for AZ and for coordination of immigration and visa processes along with administrative support for relocation. The Global Mobility/Immigration & Relocation Administrator will primarily support the immigration and relocation area. Possibly this person will also support other Global Mobility Administrators in the GM area. They will in particular be liaising globally with a range of external vendors/specialist service providers and internal contacts to support the activities.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Administration of International Assignments in AZ systems (Workday and AssignmentPro)
- Maintaining proper communication and collaboration within Global Mobility Team regarding IAs (start IAs, end IAs and changes, additional projects), supporting Global Mobility Partners in operational and administrative work related to International Assignments
- Support preparation of IA costings
- Make sure that all visa and immigration documents are processed on time and filed according to legal requirements, track V&I documentation for expiry and renewal
- Answer to daily queries and questions related to V&I area
- Support internal audits
- Coordinate one time relocation processes
- Collaborate with external vendors/specialist service providers and internal contacts to support the activities
- Review and confirm invoices
- Oversee shared drive/Box, etc. maintenance, including folder creation, document addition/deletion/revision.
- Ensure internal and external data privacy compliance and that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Contribute to continuous improvement process reviews.
- Provide professional point of contact for internal and external parties
