• Responsible for operation in a huge region, especially for Co-Packer set up, cost control, and business forecast.
• Support the S&OP process by periodically reviewing the operations driven supply plans against the business team demand forecasts
• Establish clear communication processes and relationships with GA, Marketing, Legal and other stakeholders.
• Development of appropriate processes and capabilities to deal with the Operation problems.
• Being responsible for timely follow-up and implementation of new policies in region

• From 10 years experience in Food and Beverage industry.
• Solid experience in operation, supply chain or other related functions
• Bachelor degree as minimum.
• Professional level of English is essential
• Accept high travel in Asia region
