We are currently seeking an Oracle Order to Cash Functional Analyst to join our Product Operations Center of Excellence (PROCOE) team. No relocation is being offered for this position. The candidate will be based at any Eaton facility in the US. If the candidate resides within 50 miles of Beachwood, Ohio, the candidate must work at that site. If the candidate resides more than 50 miles away from Beachwood, Ohio, the candidate will work from a remote Eaton facility or an approved home office.
The Oracle Order to Cash Functional Analyst will be responsible for leading the solution design, model, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Deliver/Order to Cash functional process solutions to meet desired business requirements. The role is responsible for the continued enhancement and support of Order Management and Distribution Applications across the global enterprise and acting as a trusted advisor to the Eaton businesses through the effective application of functional thought leadership. Participate in implementations and third level support as required. Additionally, the Specialist will work across all Enterprise IT teams at all levels of the organization, from staff to senior leadership, to track projects, enhancement requests, manage reporting, training needs, ensuring compliance with development standards, data migration, assess impact, and coordinate and conduct testing. Ability to understand and drive global solutions and implement controls that are fully auditable and compliant with business and control standards. This position will provide proactive guidance for solution design with internal and external systems to facilitate maximum utilization of the global business applications.

- You will be responsible for in-depth functional & business process knowledge of Oracle EBS and integrated Boundary Systems
- You will work with cross-functional modules, applying proven standards and techniques, developing new techniques, and designing and configuring complex solutions. Ability to fully understand the interrelationship to other modules. Works as a functional leader to other team members.
- You will manage requirements scope & disposition through process compliance & gap analysis, integration testing & user acceptance methodology.
- You will demonstrate analytical skills to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements.
- You will deliver functional specifications & configuration in line with the agreed and approved design.
- You will work with the Solution Design & Governance team to ensure proposed solutions are in-line with global solutions.
- You will interact with senior level leaders at divisional or regional level to explain complex system issues and decision points using common business language (without using IT terms and language).

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required
- Minimum 7 years of experience with Oracle 11i, R12, or Cloud required
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the US on a continuous basis without company sponsorship
Position Criteria:
- Must have solid understanding of ERP Implementations and Operations with particular expertise in Oracle Inventory, Order Management, Consignment Inventory, Returns, Intercompany Orders, Quotations, Release Management, Repairs/Remanufacturing, Pricing, Shipping, and Labeling.
- Strong level of understanding of manufacturing business processes
- Strong level of Oracle EBS 11i and R12 expertise gathered through numerous full-life cycle projects.
- Experienced knowledge of applications' technical capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of functional and technical capability including understanding of the core programming and database.
- Strong understanding of integration and impact points (boundary systems) of involved systems globally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration
