Global Overheads and Strategy Analyst F/M/X
Location: Aimargues, France (30 min driving from Montpellier)
Contratct: CDI (permanent contract)
As Global Overheads and Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for analysis and insights of Royal Canin group overheads delivery in short and mid-term commitment in line with our strategic choices. You will be business partner of Senior Leaders such as: Group CFO, Group People and Organization VP, to deliver their overheads agenda. On top, you will work closely with Strategic Finance Director in animating and tracking leading indicators against our 2025 ambition.
You will be working in the headquarters of Royal Canin with associates from 42 different countries.
What are we looking for?
•Ideally you’ll have around 5 years’ experience in corporate finance as business partner
•We want someone with good communication skills and ability to navigate across different levels of organization to create an impact
•You should be curious, willing to learn and highly collaborative
•If you are system savvy (Oracle HFM) and digital analytics fan it’s a plus
•Fluent English, open for non French speakers
What would be your key responsibilities?
·Own and control mid-term Royal Canin Group overheads agenda and connect it with short-term targets deployment to markets and regions
·Animate resources allocation within the year and across functions to fund strategic choices
·Co-pilot Legal, Finance and P&O costs for the headquarters
·Lead standardisation and digital agenda for HQ overheads reporting with high likelihood to be reference point for the deployment for our units across the globe
·Animate in the relevant forums insights about the few key leading indicators to ensure we are on right path to deliver 2025 ambition
