We're looking for an experienced paid media manager to drive and activate against strategic HQ-focused initiatives and participate in our transformation. This role will be in the HQ Global Paid Media Team, which is part of the Brand, Creative & Media (BCM) HQ org within the Global Marketing Org (GMO). They will partner and collaborate across global marketing teams as well as our global media agency to meet business and marketing goals. The ideal person is a seasoned paid media professional (agency and/or brand-side) that can thrive in a matrixed organization, bringing expertise and leadership into work streams to change and evolve our media practice but also to execute media campaigns end to end. They will need to be rooted in strong media fundamentals and cross-channel, balancing analytical with creativity including a keen understanding of audiences (b2b and b2c), insights, trends and customer journeys; experience in digital / data / technology and optimizing to outcomes is a must.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Lead and execute on HQ marketing priorities and efforts including live/virtual/hybrid signature & owned events, tech leadership initiatives, partner organization and add'l strategic horizontal media projects to evolve our global media practice
- Drive strategic and tactical alignment working with internal stakeholders such as: marketing strategy, creative, research, .com, and organic social. This role should be a strong voice of collaboration and integration across these teams.
- Work with our media agency partners to optimize in-market activity, produce insights that can be activated to improve effectiveness and find and adopt new innovations grounded in data
- Ensure a highly integrated media planning process across all agency partners, both creative, social and media
- Consult and collaborate with Partner marketing organization on showing the value of Marketing as a Service solutions for our customers leveraging our agency of record to realize efficiencies and effectiveness
- Independently lead selected horizontal global media projects - both operational and strategic to continually improve and streamline global media practice
- Inspire, coach and lead the agency media teams to push boundaries, take managed risks, manage scope and also exceed expectations on the day-to-day work and be their best advocate internally
- Contribute and participate in annual agency scoping conversations and help rationalize need for resources with stakeholders

Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 7+ years of developing and leading data-driven and creative integrated media strategies, plans and campaigns
  • 7+ years omnichannel experience; particularly digital channels including direct, social, programmatic, SEM, influencer marketing, media analytics, and content marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Media agency or client side media experience
  • Global experience is a huge plus
  • Both b2b/b2c audiences
  • Technology category experience is desirable
  • Sports Marketing a plus

Global Marketing & Communications is responsible for Intel's brand management, end-user product marketing and go-to-market activation strategy for direct and indirect marketing programs worldwide

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$97,230.00-$160,990.00
