We are looking for a Partner Development Executive for Specialization Enablement to work within our Global Partner Development organization and with our partner community to develop partner specialization enablement programs that extend the capabilities of our partners and drive greater solution and product revenue. You will play a crucial role developing strategy and programs that will support our partners and their customers to provide solution – orientated specialization and best practices within context of our SaaS go to market business model. This exciting opportunity provides visibility, influence and leadership across Siemens Digital Industries Software and the partner ecosystem. This role calls for a balance of leadership, influence skills, and individual contributions. You must be able to work well under pressure, have low ego with high confidence and interpersonal awareness, willing and able to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders, deliver impact under tight deadlines, and must be flexible with strong ability to be effective amid ambiguity and uncertainty. Job Functions: Essential: • Develop vision, strategy, and programs to guide partners in the adoption of a product and industry specialization model to the benefit of their customer base • Develop partner learning content – be the partner specialization subject matter expert (SME) • Provide thought leadership for partner segmentation to optimize specialization models • Responsible for end-to-end partner specialization program creation and implementation • KPI definition, program management, and control • Program Management, governance, and process • Creation and qualification of specialization categories • Specialization launch • Coaching field teams to promote specialization to partner community • Developing and delivering partner specialization enablement sessions • Process design and improvement • Specialization category review and approval • Specialization partner application, review, and approval • Specialization category retirement • Define requirements for reporting and dashboard for the program • Effectively interact, communicate, and align with extended teams within the organization, including product, services, and other business unit organizations. • Effectively Interact, communicate, listen, coach and influence field teams across different geos and continents. • Ability to organize, document, and track on-going tasks and issues efficiently • Ability to summarize and present to various audience groups: external partners, internal partner managers, company executives (VPs), and members from core team and extended teams. • Passionate about delivering partner enablement sessions (both virtually and in-person) to a global audience group located across different continents • Develop vision, strategy, and programs to guide partners in the growth and/or improvement of solution and industry capabilities to the benefit of their customer base • Drive greater partner revenue via successful implementation of solution specialized and industry enablement programs • Develop partner learning content, development assets, advisor – be the SME • Engage with the regions and partners to ensure positive outcomes • Be a Challenger to our partners to stay focused on delivering business value • Ensure partners are aware of how to achieve maximum value from the Siemens solution portfolio as it relates to different market segments and industries • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in all areas of the partner ecosystem especially the development and deployment of Services programs • Determine how to define, drive, and demonstrate the value (ROI) delivered • Be an advocate for change in the Siemens business transformation to XaaS • Drive definition of the ideal customer for different market/solution configurations as they relate to new solution and industry development opportunities • Create region and partner feedback loops to drive change internally to continually focus on improvement • Aspire to be trusted right-hand counsellor and confident to senior partner executives • Manage all related financial aspects, e.g., assigned budgets to ensure programs stay within allocated limits Teaming: • Work effectively at managing programs in a highly matrixed organization • Partner with the Global VP Partner Sales, VP Partner Sales Enablement, Global Learning and Development, Solution Business Units, Industry Leads, Regional Partner Leads, and other leaders to further refine structure, systems, and resources to successfully support our partners • Be a recognized thought leader in solutions and industry enablement and an expert on best practices relating to driving specialized and industry focused partners • Drive alignment with global and regional development business colleagues for mutual success • Identify and lead Siemens and partner resources to maximize the customer experience • Work collaboratively with internal teams and business units to align priorities, partner needs, and opportunities Minimum Requirements: • 7+ years of providing consultancy and delivering enablement to B2B SaaS companies • Working knowledge, and advanced-level understanding of, subscriptions and SaaS business model – LAER (Land, Adopt, Expand and Renew). • Must currently reside in the UK or continental USA. Will not require visa sponsorship if working in the USA. • Working knowledge and advanced-level understanding of SaaS/XaaS/Applications versus PaaS/Platform i.e. service capabilities differentiation between the two. • Completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college is required • Must be able to effectively work remotely • Qualified Applicants will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future, for employment in the United States. • Program management experience, preferably within specialization or industry enablement • Experience in partner business transformation to Subscription/Cloud business solutions • Experience in partner business transformation to SaaS business solutions • Ability to build a high-level quantifiable business case • Advanced-level experience in program management • Advanced-level experience in enablement – both content creation and delivery • Analytical skills and data-driven decision making • Ability to see the big picture and take actions at the detailed level • A strong career background in service development and deployment in the PLM or broader software space • Ability to analyze complex and ambiguous situations, rapidly develop action plans, and lead ad-hoc teams to achieve key objectives • Ability to present complex issues to multi-level audiences and effectively communicate progress, status, and issues to internal and external audiences • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized • Exceptional executive-level written, verbal, and presentation communication and interpersonal skills • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment amid ambiguity and uncertainty • Passion for driving business value to customers through software development and new technology • Demonstrated technical acumen Desired Skills: • SaaS/XaaS partner ecosystem programs • Good understanding of SaaS/Cloud partner ecosystem: partner segmentation, and investment priority Experience with specialization program development and deployment • Experience with Partner programs supporting the shift from perpetual to SaaS business models • An analytical and metrics-driven work style • Management consulting experience • Public speaking experience • Global / multinational NOTE: Applicants will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the USA.
