Job Description

Intel Global Partner Marketing is hiring for a marketing professional to develop strategic co-marketing campaigns alongside several of our most important IoT and Edge focused customers.

In this role, you will work closely with a mix of global field sales & marketing teams, enterprise business unit marketing organizations, and geo-based marketing counterparts to drive campaigns targeted at the new and fast-growing industries of IoT and Edge.

We are looking for candidates that will bring a unique and creative approach to our customers marketing efforts while also increasing Intel's influence and share of voice in our OEM customers go to market campaigns.

Additionally, this role will provide the opportunity to manage various resources that will be critical for the execution of our joint marketing deliverables with our customers.

Added responsibilities include the ability to drive Intel brand equity in our co-marketing executions, developing activations that showcase Intel performance leadership, deliver business impact and value for both Intel and our OEM partners.

As a global marketing leader, you must demonstrate:

  • Cross-functional team leadership and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of data center, edge, and IoT solutions and product offerings from your customer
  • Excellent customer relationship skills with ability to engage your internal and external stake holders to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Willingness to manage thru ambiguity, define strategic direction and translate into actionable initiatives that drive measurable results
  • A desire to continuously learn, grow and teach others as you lean in on new business campaigns that drive Intel preference
  • The ability to create and execute complex marketing programs with our partners while listening to customer feedback and incorporating inputs from peers and partners.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for collaboration with a matrixed set of stakeholders and be able to manage multiple work streams both internally and with partners. This role will support co-marketing through strategic partner engagement and ensure that global plans translate to results by collaborating with a set of diverse teams to drive global execution. Leadership, strategic thinking and creativity are critical as we continue to be the technology and co-marketing leader in data center computing.

  • The ability to work well with peers in other organizations and with management is essential.
  • The candidate should be well organized, have experience in project and program management, and must be able to function well in a fluid environment.

Direct responsibilities may include but not limited to:

  • Manage and develop partner relationships with top Data Center customers, overseeing multi-million-dollar co-marketing budgets
  • Align customer marketing spends to Intel priorities by developing full year strategic co-marketing campaigns
  • Identify worldwide market opportunities and align global investments that will accelerate growth and TAM expansion
  • Manage approval process for funding of our customers data center co-marketing plans
  • Ratify key performance indicators to determine results of joint campaigns and manage the reporting of those results
  • Lead project management of co-marketing campaigns and other strategic programs which would include development of marketing activations, ratifying program execution timelines, determining budget, and reporting on campaign ROI and results
  • Open collaboration and exchange of strategies and plans with the customer and field sales teams worldwide
  • Manage all Global Partner Marketing communications for your customer through the proper channels including internal account team as well as our partner's key stakeholders
  • Train customers on latest marketing program enhancements and share feedback with the Intel Program Office on key learnings and suggested program changes
  • Provide Intel management with the latest snapshot of customers priorities, engagement gaps, key joint initiatives and events for the year.
  • Evaluate and influence customer marketing executions that utilize Intel funding and align to Intel data center priorities
  • Oversee and deliver all aspects of executive business reviews to ensure strong collaboration between Intel leadership and customers executive teams


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- 5 years of marketing experience

- Must be willing to travel 2-3-day trips per month plus 1-2 overnight trips per quarter, and more as necessary

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a customer facing role in a Global Sales or Marketing organization
- 3+ years of Global Co-Marketing/Partner Marketing experience with proven results

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
