职位描述:
1. Support global payment and monetization business of the company, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating payment services agreement and reviewing product payment solutions and terms;
2. Analyze regulatory environment concerning payment business in various overseas jurisdictions;
3. Supervise and manage local counsels as part of building the global compliant payment practice for the company.
职位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university; a LLM degree is preferred;
2. Three to five years of legal experience in payment sector from a reputable law firm or corporation that is specialized in providing payment services;
3. Strong oral and written English communication skills;
4. Organized, efficient and solid; positive working attitude and good team work spirit.
