Global Petcare D2C Tecnhical Program Lead

We’re looking for a technology centric Frontend Product Manager to lead the newly formed Mars D2C business Frontend technology team to drive efficiencies in implementation of D2c Frontend technology for our global PetCare teams. 

What are we looking for?
• You’ll have previous experience devising and executing frontend D2C platform strategies, with a close connection to business and strategy as well as IT and digital teams.
• You will define the transition plans from short/mid term solution of shopify to the future next gen scaled platform.
• You’ll be an influencer, ready and able to drive significant cultural and thought change, supporting the adoption of new and innovative technologies
• You’ll be an expert in and have full understanding of D2C tech-stacks and a deep understanding of frontend capabilities, advanced commerce products and D2C ecosystem technologies.
• You’ll lead partnership with other functions such as the backend D2C

What would be your key responsibilities?
• You’ll be responsible to deliver Petcare D2C propositions via a well defined plan, associated tools and close co-ordination with the Front end and Backend Product teams.
• Integrated planning with other functions such as Supply chain, finance, Legal, HR to ensure synergies.
• Assist Product teams for required coordination with the broader Mars teams such as Enterprise Architecture, Security, Commercial to ensure timeline alignment
• Ensure integrated planning with third party vendors to ensure successful integration with their systems.
• Work with the DTC Tech Leader to plan for future proposition roadmaps in terms of timelines dependencies, impacts and refinements.
