The setup business and has Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) as one of its core backend operational systems. D365 F&O is a global solution that provides shared finance and operational services to several brands. This platform is operationally live now and poised to grow rapidly in the coming years.
Mars Petcare DTC is looking for a D365 F&O centric Backend Technical Lead role to lead the D365 F&O technical architecture and design activities primarily technically and provide technical oversight to development and support teams.

What are we looking for?
• Experience in technically leading D365 F&O development teams – preferably with a distributed team with both onshore and offshore resources
• Significant experience in technical architecture and design with D365 F&O or similar ERP solutions and in all D365 F&O related integration patterns and development
• Understanding of data migration and cut-over strategies
• Experience of working on large scale global platforms based on SaaS type of ERP systems
• Full project lifecycle experience with agile methodologies suitable for modern ERP systems preferably
• Knowledge of wider Microsoft technology stack such as Power Apps - preferred
• Knowledge of systems and solutions such as OMS, WMS, CRM based on non-Microsoft technology platforms - preferred

What would be your key responsibilities?
• You’ll be a member of the Design Authority Board team work closely with other members to ensure overall solution integrity and global roadmap
• You’ll provide oversight to the development team to ensure that the solutions designed are configured, customized and following best practices
• You’ll manage integrations with 3rd party service providers such as Payment Service Providers, Warehouse Management Systems, Tax Service providers etc.
• You’ll mentor and guide the D2C Tech team and report to the Global Lead for D2C
