Main Responsibilities:

Schneider Electric is the leader in MV components business. To keep this leadership position we need to answer to 2 main challenges : digitization and cost effectiveness to fight competition and local players, preparing the future of the Energy distribution : smart, flexible and eco-struxure ready.

You will be worldwide responsible of Indoor Circuit Breakers and Contactors in strong collaboration with Front Office, Commercial, plants, R&D and Services, including following key responsibilities:

• Product management

• Accountable of the profitable growth of the offers

• Define and drive the offer strategy

Geographical scope:

World Wide (China, India, US, Europe, SAM,..)

Segments : Utility, CIB, Datacenter, Electro-intensive

English speaking with a first international experience (education or job), autonomous (remote management and team), curious, collaborative and good listening skills.

Good knowledge of MV industries and/or Marketing expertise

A first customer facing role is an advantage.

Ready to travel locally and worldwide (France, US, India,…) 25% of the time and visit customers.

Good presentation skills

Good at transversal leadership and ability to influence.
