Familiar with door entry system, access control, smart home, smart building products and solutions, with complete product planning, product management experiences.

Your responsibilities

• Specification and definition of requirements for door entry system, smart home products & solutions.
• Creating business plan in collaboration with marketing and sales colleagues.
• Developing product vision, strategy and roadmap, in line with the business strategy and priorities and
• collecting market insights, customer’s requirements and transforms them into product requirements
• Closing collaboration with R&D for triggering and accompanying developments.
• Leading the market analysis—analyze market situation, competitor, government policy, value chain, market trend, new technology/functions, product gaps, target cost analysis, etc.
• Defining pricing strategies—generate correct pricing and positioning for each individual country, in order to achieve product profitability.
• Closing collaboration with 3rd party partners and driving innovation approach together with Global Product Management team.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree is a must and MBA degree is a plus.
• Should have more than 5 years of experience in product management experiences (door entry, access control, home automation or building automation knowledge is a good plus).
• Good understanding of product life cycle management, portfolio management, GTM strategy.
• Good leadership skills (more than 3 years of experience working as a team leader or manager).
• Good communication and presentation skills required.
• Chinese as mother tongue, good English(fluently) skills required.
