Define the cloud platform’s core strategy and product capabilities for our next generation cloud platform and software suite. The role End-to-end Global Product Manager role for our cloud platform and its core services, capabilities, including product launches Build the digital product vision and define strategic roadmaps based on strategy and market opportunities, driving the cloud platform development and business success Execute the product strategy within an agile environment that delivers incremental value quickly - based on quantitative and qualitative feedback Drive alignment with stakeholders to collect requirements and define roadmaps Based on the various value flows and business models of the targeted customer groups, derive and drive cloud platform capabilities that serve the needs of the partners and users to ensure our mutual business success Identify and drive the IT-related standards and certifications that are required for a successful cloud platform business in IT-dominated enterprise environments, supporting IT regulations, standards, and audits needs Align with Strategic Marketing and Business Development on the right cloud platform partner strategy and partner acquisition models Complete competitive analysis, qualitative and quantitative market research, and User Acceptance Experience testing What you bring along We are looking for a forward-thinking, enthusiastic and solution focused team player with a proven track record in the Software and/or digital cloud platform industry (PaaS, APIs, etc.) Hard skills Strong Cloud Platform and IT background and/or practical experience in cloud platform business. Overall, your Product management experience is more than 3 years (but not 20, we are looking for a mid-level professional) Understanding of the guiding principles of cloud platforms standards, deployment models, and digital collaboration models environments, including IT management capabilities and auditing in enterprise environments Elementary understanding of how cloud platforms and technology partnerships in the enterprise environment are key to address the global challenges and facilitate value creation and innovation Insights of the different players and stakeholders in the cloud platform business, the value-flows and business models between the cloud platform-, solution providers and the enterprise end-customers (PaaS, SaaS, Platform Economy, etc.) would be welcome Understanding of digital ecosystems and partner management models would be a highly welcome addition Soft skills People characterize you as a person with strong problem-solving skills and a “team-first” orientation. You are a highly collaborative person You can work autonomously, and you are results-oriented and well-structured Working in a demanding and complex environment is what you enjoy, you drive decisions pro-actively and enjoy shaping structures and processes You are good at leading without any formal authority Education and Training Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent area, Business degree is a plus.
