As a Global Product Marketing Communications Specialist 3 you will be responsible for working closely with the business development and product management teams to drive the development and execution of communication plans, messaging, and collateral for our Point of Care Blood Gas and Cardiac franchises. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with global product managers to understand business needs and recommend the most effective, communications strategies, plans, media channels, and tools to help achieve business objective Help drive the development of positioning and differentiated messaging for new and existing products and channel Develop an online customer journey complete with digital marketing campaign materials, and partner with shared services to roll them out in target markets Work side-by-side with our internal creative services group, outside agencies, and other vendors to execute various communications initiatives Develop timelines and managing projects from creative direction and development to legal and regulatory approval to production Cascade messaging and communications to country communications, business, and sales colleagues Analyze quality and effectiveness of marketing communication initiatives, and present metrics-based recommendations for plan improvement Manage the respective communications budget provided by the product management team and ensure that expenses are within budget Required Experience, Education & Skills Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, advertising, or related area required. Master’s degree is desirable. 7-9 years of experience with a proven track record of accomplishments in marketing/marketing communications/advertising/business management Demonstrated mastery of multiple business communications disciplines, including integrated campaign development, sales force communications, advertising, and digital marketing Excellent English language skills, including very strong oral and written communication, grammar, proofreading, and editing abilities, with a high level of attention to detail Demonstrated ability to provide well-thought-out direction and feedback to creative teams Strong project management skills, including development of timelines and communication of project status Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently, from concept and strategy development through tactical execution Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills Appreciation of and sensitivity to a global environment and cultural differences Mastery of Microsoft Office applications (particularly PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Proven accomplishments in marketing communications, marketing, and/or agency account management Excellent written and oral communications skills Healthcare background, global experience and digital marketing experience are desirable Siemens Healthineers has recently announced the next steps in our continued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our business continuity.
