Job Overview

The Global Programs Coordinator would be responsible for directly supporting the Chief Program Officer in program development, implementation and evaluation of OneSky’s programs for at risk children 0-6 years old. The job entails working on special projects, often requiring the coordination of different teams across different countries. The ideal candidate must have strong English writing skills, and be a logical thinker.

Job Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Child Development, Family Studies or other related field of study
• Fluent in English both written and verbal required
• Additional languages (e.g Cantonese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Mongolian) highly preferred
• Strong knowledge and/or experience in early childhood care and education or training/teaching adults in ECCE best practices
• Experience with at-risk children, families or communities 
• Good knowledge of program development, implementation and evaluation
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Strong listener and able to summarize and communicate ideas
• Knows how to prioritize work 
• Able to work in a fast pace environment

Job Responsibilities 

• Directly support the Chief Program Officer on all program coordination.
• Regularly document meetings and summarize meeting notes. 
• Follow up with delegated tasks to ensure the smooth running of all programs.
• Liaise with different stakeholders and work with country specific teams to coordinate the logistics of developing and maintaining programs in different countries. 
• Gather information and research to provide necessary information to support the development or new program projects or ideas.
• Write up abstracts, edit papers, and help put together presentations for ECE related events (e.g. conferences, lectures) to show OneSky’s impact on early childhood development. 
• Write up program progress reports and summaries analyzing program evaluation results. 
• Set up interviews, appointments and meetings.
• Support and/or lead special projects.
• Other tasks as assigned.
