You will steer the transition of the existing building stock towards carbon neutral operation. You drive our global decarbonization program with our internal and external partners. You evaluate energy-related site concepts and energy efficiency measures as well as decarbonization measures. You are the partner to Hub Asset and Property Management regarding the rollout of the decarbonization program interlinking with SRE Global departments As program manager you will guide related projects in all project management phases and force decision making and approval processes. You steer spending in decarbonization measures by target setting and operational controlling. You ensure transparency by proper program reporting. Providing technical expertise in building stock to SRE AM Hubs and supporting global knowledge sharing across hubs and countries fall within your scope of tasks. You can expect to work in a very dynamic and challenging environment where pro-active and independent engagement is a precondition. Use your skills to move the world forward. You have a masters degree in engineering science/STEM or a comparable technical education. Additionally, you bring more than 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in relevant real estate functions. You have long term international experience in real estate project management and you are familiar with project management standards. Comprehensive technical knowledge in building design, construction and operation is required. A strong IT affinity is a big plus. You are an excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Siemens business, organization, processes & internal customer requirements is a plus. We expect an excellent command of English and German.
