Job Responsibilities:
1. Master the business development trends, and formulate annual recruitment plans according to the company's business goalsand resource allocation plans;
2. According to the industry development trend, draw the industry talent map;
3. Develop recruitment channels, formulate recruitment strategiesin line with business development, and ensure a balanced supply of talents for business operations;
4. Complete recruitment tasks through recruitment process management (job posting, resume screening, interview evaluation, recruitment communication, etc.).

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of relevant work experience in recruitment;
2. English can be used as a working language
3. Possess excellent self-driving and stress-resisting ability, as well as excellent teamwork and communication skills;
4. Excellent result-oriented awareness;
5. Have the ability to independently carry out recruitment management;
6. Understand the relevant national and local labor laws and regulations;
7. Those with experience in recruitment or headhunting in well-known high-end manufacturing or high-tech enterprises are preferred.
