Responsibilities
1. Cooperate with team members to develop overseas channels (Crowd resources);
2. Cooperate with delivery teams to understand the requirements of sourcing people (Crowd);
3. Publish the hiring request on global online freelancer channels;
4. Meet with third-party vendors for expanding the resource pool;
5. Be responsible to provide basic answers/introduction for onboarded resources;
6. Build up, expand and maintain the resources pool with team members;
7. Other requests from recruitment manager.

Requirements
1. Native/Proficient English skill;
2. Currently located in China with legal visa types (visa support is available to provide after 1-2 years working with us);
3. Majored in human resources is an extra, not a must;
4. Be able to work with flexible hours.
