The Internship Program at AstraZeneca is aimed at graduates and students of the last years of universities who want to use the knowledge gained during their studies in practice. Global Reporting Team is part of GFS structure and is responsible for the overview of the Operations SET Area (manufacturing part of business). Main activities involve preparation and consolidation of monthly business performance reports as well as support in budgeting and planning process across the Operations. GRT responsibilities include technical support as well as communication with business and coordination of Operations processes.

Member of team will be responsible for supporting team with the BAU month end close and forecasting activities including files preparations and contact with business.

Requirements:

• Financial knowledge (especially good understanding of P&L Statement & Inventory reporting)
• Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point software
• Good communication skills & ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken)
• Pursuing a degree in area of Business, Accounting or Finance
• Ability to work well in a team
• Good analytical skills & eye for detail
• Ability to work under time pressure and in changing circumstances

Posting is closing at April 21st. All submitted applications will be verified by us and assessed based on the objective criteria. Selected candidates will receive an invitation to introduce and present themselves using HireVue - a tool that allows to send answers to recruitment questions in the form of video recordings. On the final stage of the process you will remotely meet the recruiting team consisting of representatives of a given department. At the beginning of June, we will announce a list of people for whom this year's internship program recruitment process was successful.

The internships will start in July and will last from 3 to 6 months, depending on the department. Initial training (onboarding) and all internships, for safety reasons, are designed fully in the remote formula.

In this year's internship program we will invite over 50 people to participate!
